What's In Your Purse

My%20Purse.jpg In my defense, my purse is cavernous - there are many pockets and they are deep making it difficult to find a lip gloss when you need one. But even I have to admit the amount that I discovered in my purse today is a bit out of hand. And I have many more than is seen here.

Here's what else I found:

• Nail polish – I can’t remember the last time I wore that colour
• 2 eyeglass cases – no eyeglasses
• My iPod earbuds – my iPod is docked upstairs in my room and has been for months
• iPod sleeve – it won’t fit on my speaker base with it on
• 2 notebooks – for my writing ideas on the go
• 2 pens
• 2 mini bottles of Purell
• Gift cards from Christmas that I haven’t spent yet (Roots and The Keg)
• Dental Floss
• 4 hair elastics
• Work key – I have been on maternity leave since April 2006
• 2 watches with dead batteries
• Wallet
• More receipts than I care to count

I'm not sure if I should clean out my purse more often or downsize to a smaller one. What's in your purse?

I can't remember how long ago I put it there but I distinctly remember painting my toenails while my husband was driving. Multi-tasking!
