Vietnamese Woman's Long Lost Father Was Her Boss

What are the odds that a woman's search for her father leads to her Boss? 40 yr old Tran Thi Kham traveled to Vietnam to search her father who never knew she existed. See, her parents had an interesting love story. Tran's mother fell in love with her father in the late 60's. The mom became pregnant but because of family reasons, she had to leave Hongkong without informing Tran's father of her pregnancy. 2 months after giving birth to Tran, she died. She left Tran an engraved gold ring and a picture of her Taiwanese father.

Tsai, the father, hired Tran in Taipei to care for his paralyzed wife. 7 months later, after Tsai;s wife died, Tran was transfered to another family. Except Tran realized she left a bag with the engraved ring and picture of her father. She asked the police to help her retrieve her bag. Tsai opened the bag and recognized the ring and picture right away.

Talk about coincidence huh? Father and daughter have reunited and a DNA test has confirmed that Tran is indeed Tsai's daughter. I love happy endings, don't you? :)
