The Next Best Thing to BBQ

In our house, we really love to BBQ but there's isn't always time. So we've discovered the next best thing to bbqing outdoors - grilling indoors.

Specifically, it's the Griddler by Cuisinart. For about a year now, we've actually used this small appliance every single day for several meals. On a typical day, in the morning, we might fry eggs and turkey bacon on it. For lunch, we might use it as a panini press for sandwiches. Then for dinner, we'll usually grill meat and/or vegetables.
