In eco fashion circles, Renia Pruchnicki's leather replacement designs are known as Truth. Her belts have long been popular with the vegan set.

In 2008, Truth's line of accessories ranges belts, cuffs, shirts to necklaces. Among her materials of choice are jute and hemp and bamboo and others.
