Suzy Birstein solo, May 13-June 9/08

What do Suzy Birstein and George Clooney have in common? "Motion Pitchers", handcrafted art by Vancouver-based ceramic sculptor Birstein. Clooney was one of the Oscar nominees who received it in his Oscars gift bag.

Coming soon for Birstein will be her life-sized sculptures solo exhibit at the Seymour Art Gallery in Deep Cove, BC. The show will feature Birstein as "innovative artist and performer as she spotlights her tap dancing skills amidst her creations and on film." Sounds unforgettable, doesn't it?
