Managing your career can be fraught with challenges. Future salaries and compensation, benefits, bonuses to work environment can be difficult to find out from a prospective employer. 'Should I take that new job?' you might ask yourself many times over in your careers.

That's why I love Glassdoor.com, a career and workplace community. It gives you a chance to "find and anonymously share real-time reviews, ratings and salary details about specific jobs and specific companies for free."
