Savouring Gordon Ramsay's Fast Food

I have to admit I'm not a Rachel Ray or Martha Stewart type. I identify more with European Nigella Lawson. But I'm most fascinated by British celebrity super chef Gordon Ramsay. For years, I've been watching British and American versions of his show Kitchen Nightmares and recently Hell's Kitchen. Ramsay's fire-in-his-belly, no-nonsense approach really reflects his passion and commitment for food and cooking.

Now, I'm reading and learning new recipes from his cookbooks. The latest cookbook I've happily acquired is Gordon Ramsay's Fast Food. I find the recipes deliciously simple yet challenging enough to keep me interested and cooking (not an easy feat!).
