Plant friendly packaging

I recycle daily but excess packaging still frustrates me . Recently, I came across several companies addressing the issue of packaging.

Canadian cosmetics company Cargo Cosmetics produces its botanical PlantLove lipsticks with packaging made from sustainable materials. In the carton, wildflower seeds are embedded so you can literally plant the packaging and grow wildflowers. Buy a product from Colorado-based Pangea Organics and plant your box. Voila, a few weeks later and you'll be eating fresh basil with your dinner.
