PITCH-IN CANADA WEEK

That's right, it's PITCH-IN CANADA WEEK, time to pitch in to keep Canada clean, green and litter-free. This year's theme is called Operation Clean Sweep.

Across Canada, April 21-27/08, hundreds of thousands of volunteers will sweep through their local communities with large yellow PITCH-IN WEEK garbage/recycling bags. The volunteers will clean up litter and illegal dumping sites and take on over 12,000 educational and eco-projects.
