Organic Oil of Oregano

Cold and flu season is almost here so it's time to stock up on those seasonal remedies. Increasingly, I'm turning to more natural and organic health products.

One of my latest faves is organic Oil of Oregano. Some natural food experts claim it's "nature's strongest antibiotic" and anti-bacterial, antiviral, anti-fungal and anti-parasitic.

At first, I admit I found Oil of Oregano and its strong taste and aroma challenging. While battling a cold later, I took the Mediterranean ingredient and immediately felt better.

Organic Oil of Oregano is readily available in Canadian natural food stores like Nutter's Bulk & Natural Foods.
