Oprah Winfrey Gets A TV Network

If it's not apparent yet how Oprah Winfrey is trying to take over the world, well here's another proof. Oprah just landed a deal giving her a TV network which is aptly called Oprah Winfrey Network. I didn't know until yesterday that she severed her ties with Oxygen network. I guess she realized O's vision doesn't match her. Well with some shows that patronizes bad girls antics, I don't blame her. All's well that ends well because Discovery Health network is now called OWN. The network will debut in 2009.

Is there anything else Oprah Winfrey hasn't touched that she should know about? She's an honorary SUPERWOMAN after all :)
