Will that new recipe taste good and be good for you? That's the question I'm always asking whenever I'm trying a new dish.
Now the online tool Recipe Analyzer, from the Dietitians of Canada, will answer that question. In submitted recipes, it will analyze the ingredients and tell you the nutrients and how many Food Guide Servings it contains.
The Recipe Analyzer will also suggest ingredient substitution tips you can try to make recipes healthier. For example, healthier ingredients can lead to lower calories, fat, sugar or salt.
Try the Recipe Analyzer.
