Apparently I'm obsessed with crazy new gadgets for the kitchen this week.
I know people who wisely swear by multiple cutting boards. They keep their meat boards separate from the veggie boards as precaution against contamination. But keeping your boards organized might be another challenge in itself.
Enter the Index Chopping Boards.
These boards are color-coded (for red meat, poultry and pork, fish and veggies), dishwasher-safe, and stored in a space-efficient filing unit. The only real con is the price: $85 U.S. might be a little outside of your allotted gadget budget. But if you're a super-chopper concerned with cross-contamination, it might be worth it.
Find the Index Chopping Boards at the MoMA (Museum of Modern Art) Store. And happy chopping.
