
How's your New Year's Resolution to get fitter coming along? I know some years I'm challenged at reaching all my fitness goals.
One of my favourite health and wellness companies is FRESH Fitness in Calgary, which has a kick ass Bootcamp 101. I love the company's excellent inspiring tool - checklist for "Mid-Year Resolution" success which includes:
-Set SMART goals
(Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic,Time-bound)
-Put a plan in place to reach these goals.
-Identify the barriers and challenges to success.
-Write down your strategies to overcome each of these obstacles and barriers.
-GET BUSY TAKING ACTION!!
-Regularly re-assess your progress and make necessary adjustments.
