Madeline McCann's Disappearance Update

4 months after Madeline disappeared while her parents dined at a pool side in Portugal, her Mom Kate McCann is now being reported to be officially named a suspect in the case. Kate was questioned for 11 hours yesterday at the police station in Portugal. The Police called her in for questioning after getting new forensic evidence. Tests on specks of blood, and some clothing items found from the apartment were brought for testing at a British laboratory.

When the news of Madeline's disappearance first came out 4 months ago J.K Rowling, The Beckham's and other famous British people have called for her safe return with huge amount of money as a reward incentive. Her parents traveled and even met with the Pope for prayer and probably some counseling.

*More Update : The father may also be named as a suspect. (CNN TV)

Wow. I hadn't heard this yet. I am amazed at people's ability to manipulate the public (if they were indeed involved in her death). How could they keep up a charade so long?

how quick some of you are to say 'oh i thought something was not right'. Have some human compassion, unless these people are sociopaths, which even to the untrained eye looks improbable, no way could they have continued such a farce.Possibly they did give children sedatives, which would explain lack of physical or vocal disturbance on the night, but lots of parents do, personally i think this is abhorent but it is not uncommon practice with even 'good parents'. This may be the discordant note in the investigation because no way are doctors going to admit to that! Kill their child though even accidentally I think not.

i heard the the mother injected madeline with sedatives and that the little girls is dead.she confesed that she killed her daughter and that it was an accident,that she gave her too much.it was on the news last night.i was informed about it from a friend that saw the news last night.
