KitchenAid Mixer Me Up

I'm dreaming about a KitchenAid Stand Mixer. I don't remember exactly when my love for the KitchenAid classic began. Maybe it was one glossy interior design magazine, a Food Network show or product placement in a Hollywood movie. Whatever the case, the Mixer is pure baking poetry, moving kitchen sculpture...

The latest is the Artisan Series 5 Quart 325-Watt, Tilt-Head Stand Mixer. Yes please, I'll have one in Gloss Cinnamon. What's not to like in this beautiful small appliance. Its features include a 10-speed control, all-metal construction, multipurpose attachment hub with removable cover. And, and it has a Flour Power rating of 9 Cups (2.1 L).
