After Thanksgiving Day(US) is when I start my Christmas decoration. I'm getting excited with anticipation. I can't wait to get into storage closet and start opening the Christmas boxes. This year, I'm decorating a new home. The past 2 years were a little dismal because we just moved to another state and was living in a not so big house. Compare to the one we lived at in NY, it was pretty small. This time around, I have so much room to play with. Ahhh, I can't wait.
I am itching to make another Christmas wreath. I already made one years ago that I've been putting on the front door for years. With this new house, I have 3 doors. Front, side, and back/deck doors. So I think I'll be making 2 more wreaths. Time to get my crafty juices on. Let me show you the first wreath and how I made it. It's fairly easy and affordable.

What you'll need will be find in any craft stores, or craft sections at Wal-Mart, Target and even Dollar Stores.
A round wreath
glue gun
glue sticks
silk flowers, leaves, pine cones, anything related to Christmas.
sharp scissor.
Cut your silk flowers off from the stem. Make sure you cut it where there's also a stem on the flower. You'll need that to stick into the wreath.
Set your glue gun with the glue sticks.
Then have a ball. Squeeze an ample amount of melted glue on the flower stem, end of a pine cone, leaves, etcetera and stick 'em into the wreath. Styling it however you want.
I told you it was easy. A made-up wreath sells at about $20. You can buy your materials at any craft stores, or Dollar Stores. You'll have leftovers to make more stuff for next year or create other things with it. Plus the nice feeling when you open your door everyday and see the beautiful wreath you made.
