
School's almost out. I actually get pretty nostalgic every year around this time. I miss that final bell, the countdown to the moment you have permission to run from your classroom, skipping down the halls, embracing your seasonal freedom. Of course, come 3:00, instead of running home, I'd end up hanging around the playground, loving my schoolyard exponentially more now that the structure of the schoolday was temporarily behind me.
