Let's face it, summer loving isn't easy on the footsies. I know my active, sandal wearing, hiking-til-you-drop, mountain-biking-to-my-heart's-content, suntanned footsies are craving the power of the fresh-as-a-daisy pedi.
Going for pedicures isn't always possible or affordable (hello budget!), so I take care the best ways I know how. Foot bath, soaking, salts, pumice stones...(that nasty scrubbing) and creamy peppermint lotion concoctions. My favourite company for foot care products is naturally wonderful The Rocky Mountain Soap Company which offers online shopping.
The latest sought after foot care tool is Ped Egg. I've seen it on late night TV and read about it. The device apparently has stainless steel micro files that remove old, dry hardened skin.
Take a look here.
