I'm a big fan of the superfoods: broccoli, tomatoes and dark chocolate. If it tastes great and makes incredible health promises, I will stock my kitchen with it.
And now I need to buy some Gummi bears.
Here's some sweet news for those with a sweet tooth.A new study suggests that chewing Gummi bears made with the natural sweetener xylitol might promote healthy teeth.
Snacking on just four of the treats three times a day for six weeks resulted in a much lower count of streptococcus mutans, a known cause of tooth decay, according to researchers at the University of Washington.
For the sake of my oral health, I will eat candy.
