Get the Right Fit

According to this assessment from Intimacy, The Bra Fit Specialists, I am wearing the wrong size bra! Not only that, the Bra Specialists advise that most department stores don't use the right method to determine your bra size (for those of you who have actually had an assessment done - I am not one of them).
My method is to bring in about 3 sizes of each bra that catches my eye into the change room, try them on, decide on the ones I like and that is it. No on accompanying me into the change room or measuring involved.
I am not going to share what my size should be (or even what it is) but I do hope that since I am still nursing I will return to a somewhat more respectable size when I am done.
An interesting tip in the FAQ section of the website says that only 10% of the support from the bra should come from the straps - the rest is from the bra back.
Two other must-stop places on this website are the Top Ten Myths and Top Ten Bra Mistakes. I love the bra mistakes section, it shows real woman (not models) and the before and after of their bra makeovers.
So tell, have you been professionally fitted for a bra? If you want to share your size, go ahead! If anyone is the same size or bigger than me according to the What's My Size Assessment, I'll share too in the comments.
