I recently purchased my first laptop. And the more immediate thing I've discovered since entering into a love affair with my MacBook is how infrequently I use my desk. It's just too practical to type from the couch. And when I'm done typing/blogging/surfing, I often leave my laptop on a chair, waiting for my return.
Unfortunately, this makes my place look cluttered. And a seat ends up being hogged by a piece of technology. For some, laptops have eliminated desks at home completely. But where do you store it when it's not in use?
There is a solution. It's sleek, simple and affordable. The Belkin folks, once again, have come to our rescue.
Laptop Hideaway is made to sit on the floor next to your couch (or bed, chair, or desk). It keeps your laptop protected, easy to reach, and hidden away from view. Leave your power supply, mouse, and paperwork conveniently stored inside with the laptop for easy access. Works with 15.4-inch laptops-both widescreen and standard.
Now my typing-from-the-couch can be a strategy. And my guests can sit down on chairs no longer occupied by my beloved Mac.
