
With the holiday today (for my American friends) and this past Tuesday (for us Canadians), summer soirées are certainly on many of our minds. Fortunately, an evening of fun, food and friends doesn't have to environmentally painful. Try to keep the earth in mind as you plan your festivities this season. Eco-friendly doesn't have to mean expensive or stress-inducing. Do it for future generations. Actually, do it for this generation.
(I often challenge people, only half-kidding, with "You're making Al Gore cry"....)
