I've always hated push-ups, mostly because they confirmed how weak I was. I'm one of those delusional people who wants to start working out once I'm in shape. Which is NEVER going to happen.
While I'm in no Olympic-worthy shape (oh, how I was inspired, though), I'm always up for a challenge. And I think I've found one I can embrace: the hundred push ups training program. Yes, one hundred.
The free online program boasts that by dedicating just 30 minutes a week for six weeks, I should be on my way to 100 consecutive push ups. So I'm putting their claim to the test. I've already shocked myself by doing far more than I thought I'd ever be capable of.
So join in on the fun and get strong alongside me. Push ups are free and require no equipment. Which eliminates excuses. Believe me, I tried to find some.
