Do You Have Roast-a-Phobia?

First of, what is Roast-a-Phobia? From what I've gathered through TV commercials, roast-a-phobia is the fear of cooking chicken roast. It's not about cooking the whole chicken per se. It's the preparation. Not everyone like to touch the innards of chickens, or the chicken itself. Then the whole seasoning process takes a little bit of patience and imagination depending on how many seasoning herbs you want to rub on a roast. Well thanks to Perdue's Oven Ready Seasoned Roaster , you can toss away your roast-a-phobia.

The whole chicken weighs about 6-8 pound, pre-seasoned and it comes with it's own cooking bag. All you have to do is take the plastic wrap off, lay it on a baking rack and cook as along as the direction attached on the wrap states. Sounds easy to me. I actually love cooking chicken roasts. I have no qualms touching a raw chicken to season it the way I want. But I do want to try this new product. I want to know how it measures up my own roast :)
