Decorating a Spooky Halloween House

Sure, carving pumpkins is fun, but decorating a spooky Halloween house out of gingerbread and candy is pretty fun, too!

My kids got busy decorating this Halloween house from Wilton a few weeks ago. It was just the activity they needed to get pumped up for Halloween. They decorated it completely by themselves, as I was busy baking this.

Despite candies being "tested" for freshness, enough candies made it onto the house to make it look like an October chapter out of Hansel and Gretel...
