If I'm craving more taste, I usually reach for the nearest pesto. Now, I have many more tasteful options.

Toronto caterer Lindsey Shaw Catering has introduced a new line of fresh, Lindsey Shaw Kitchens condiment products - Roasted Garlic + Parsnip Mash, Carmelized Onion + Fig Compote and Roasted Tomato + Caper Relish.

"These three debut products all take natural ingredients that are gradually cooked until caramelized and concentrated," says Lindsey Shaw Kitchens. "With intensive flavour, they become little pots of gold that can be used to heighten or accelerate the flavour of any food. Simple, luscious luxuries."
