Canadian organic & wildcrafted beauty

In my constant quest for organic beauty and skin care products, I've discovered truly Canadian Green Beaver products. The Hawkesbury, Ontario company has introduced new products made with Canadian ingredients that are organically grown or ecologically wildcrafted from across the country.

The products include shampoos, conditioners, bath and body washes, and hand and body lotion. They come in three natural essences - Wild P.E.I. Cranberries, Apple Mint from Annapolis Valley, Nova Scotia and Wildcrafted Lavender from BC.

Green Beaver says the following are benefits of using wild and organic Canadian ingredients:

1. "To reduce the amount of pesticides being poured onto our land and environment. By using our products made with organic Canadian ingredients, you are encouraging more Canadian farmers to go organic."

2. "To cut down on pollution. Using local ingredients instead of importing them from far away burns less transport fuel thus pollutes less. Go local wherever you can!"
