Buzzed: The Benefits of Caffeine

I keep wavering back and forth on the caffeine topic. Every morning, as I sit down with my large black coffee, I tell myself that I should give up the habit. And then I go back for more. There's been so much contradictory information floating around about it. Does it boost my metabolism? Inhibit weight loss? Is it dehydrating? Is it leaching calcium from my bones? Is it supplementing my workout?

I read this last week, and it has temporarily put my slightly buzzed mind at ease. The folks at That's Fit have comprised a list of five benefits of caffeine, all of which have been proven by science. So far.
