I'm constantly chasing inspiration for cooking dinner every night. My bookshelf is full of cookbooks, some I've browsed, others I've loved reading cover-to-cover.
Gastronomer/author Anita Stewart and her latest book are definitely culinary page turners. Anita Stewart's CANADA is "the definitive cookbook about our country, featuring homegrown ingredients used locally and seasonally in home kitchens." My faves are Mom's Pumpkin Pie and Georgian Bay Whitefish Masala. So let's get cooking Canada, there are over 150 new recipes for us to learn and love.
Buy the book at Amazon.ca and Chapters.Indigo.ca.
