
I like food. It's no secret. And it's handy, as apparently eating aides in survival.
Today, I came across two handy, fascinating lists that boast the nutritional greatness of items at my local supermarket. And because I don't like keeping things to myself, I thought I'd share.
Women's Health as the 125 Best Packaged Foods. The interactive list helps you navigate that dreaded center section of the grocery store, pointing out the best snacks, canned goods and frozen meals. And yes, ice cream made the list.
And NursingDegree.net has a lovely list of the 100 Best Foods for Women. The foods are divided into categories: general health, skin health, cardiovascular health, cholesterol reduction, bone health, weight loss, nuts, beans and greens, antioxidants, superfoods, healthy snacks and healthy desserts.
Between these two sites, you're covered. And broke. Try not to stock up on everything at once. You may need six carts.
