7 Random Facts About this Superwoman...

I've been tagged by Dexie at She Knows Best to do a meme (yep, same Superwoman Dexie you read about here!) What fun! What a wacky world I write in! Here goes...

1. I like my vietnamese subs spicy and a bit drippy...
2. I believe a family meal nourishes the soul...
3. My favourite winter activity is snowshoeing in mountains...
4. I met my husband in Greece...I want to go back with my kids and husband, and write another Greek chapter in my life...
5. I have a Buddha collection...purely because Buddha looks so happy & content...I like the fact that he's so pleased with himself and he's not even at his goal weight...
6. I love to write, especially early in the morning alongside a double espresso...
7. My espresso maker is practically vintage. It was a gift from my husband back when we were dating - we're talking way back...!
